TERMS Net 30 days upon approved credit. MINIMUM ORDER $25.00 Net - Under $25.00 add $5.00 handling charge. Orders not accepted under $10.00. CUSTOM ORDERS All orders for custom products must be emailed or faxed. CREDIT To establish an open account, please request a copy of our credit application form. Upon receipt allow 3-4 weeks for your application to be processed. You will be notified by mail when the application process has been completed. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA and DISCOVER CARD for our customers' convenience. Please inform the order desk when placing your order that you would like to use a credit card and be prepared with the card number, date of expiration, and CVC code. PRICES, SPECIFICATIONS and DESIGNS Prices, specifications and designs are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. RESPONSIBILITY We assume no responsibility for personal injury or property damage, incurred by or through the use of items contained herein. The user assumes all risk or injury relative to its use. RETURNS Merchandise shipped is nonreturnable, except for defects in manufacturing. All returns must be authorized by The Getz Corporation. Items returned without authorization number shall be refused. Non custom items accepted for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee. CLAIMS On shortages, damages in transit, and defects - claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. NSF CHECKS NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 charge. |
